New and exciting things are happening at JAZZ Montréal. A new look and a new "software foundation" has been created. One of the major problems in the past has been the maintenance of content. To that end, the site has been rebuilt from the ground up allowing the visitors to add content. Be you a musician or a fan, or anyone else with an interest in the Montreal jazz scene, you can help keep this site active.

For all this to happen we need your help. Mostly we need you to contribute. Rate or review a CD, add your biography if you are a musician, post your listings if you are a club owner, review a show, translate some text, help us enter hard copy submissions or become an editor, someone who would review items, correct glaring errors and associate appropriate links with the text. JAZZ Montréal is the online community serving the interests of Jazz in Montreal. Nobody gets paid for working on JAZZ Montréal. Any income from sponsors or contributions will be used to the defray expenses of operating the web site. We hope that musician, record labels and the participating venues will be kind enough to provide the occasion CD or ticket so we can pass it on to our contributors.
