This privacy statement is applicable to www.jazzmontreal.com. JAZZ Montreal does not collect
personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically
provide such information on a voluntary basis as is the case when they register.
All Personally identifiable information on individual users will not be sold or otherwise transferred
to third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection or as dictated by law.
At the point of collection, the user will have the opportunity to indicate whether he or she would like to

information by the user, JAZZ Montreal reserves the right to contact a registrate regarding any submissions
