If you have lost your password (and/or user name), Jazz Montreal will forward you a new temporary password to the email account stored with your registration. You will then be able to proceed and use the temporary password and change your password to one of your choice. (Temporary passwords are valid for 24 hours, at which time you will be required to request a password again.)
